Modern 1 (M1) has one bedroom and one bathroom and will sleep up to three people. The bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser. The living room has a single pull-out couch. It has a full kitchen including a table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, electric stove, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils. There is also a charcoal grill available for use. This cabin also has DirecTV. All linens and bedding are included.

We stayed in this cabin early summer of 18. The cabin was awesome and the owners are fantastic. They were very friendly, helpful, and over exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed the community fire pit. And myself being a trout fishing addict loved the river access. The fishing was awesome.
