Rules & Regulations

  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • We will begin taking reservations for arrival dates between May 1 and September 30 via email at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time and via telephone at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on January 1 of the current year (for 2020 arrival dates, we will begin taking reservations on January 1, 2020).
  • Reservations for arrival dates between October 1 and April 30 will be taken any time of year.
  • All reservations made more than 30 days in advance will have a two night minimum. A two night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for these reservations. Deposits can be made via check or money order mailed to us within 30 days of making your reservation.
  • Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If reservations are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a one night charge will be applied to the credit card we have on file.
  • We are a pet friendly facility. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be on a leash at all times, and must not be left alone in your cabin for an extended period of time. An additional fee of $10.00 per night, per animal will be added to the reservation fee. Please remember to clean up all pet feces. No one wants to step in feces.
  • One night reservations will not be taken more than a week in advance.
  • All cabins are NON – SMOKING.
  • If you stay 6 nights, the 7th night is free! 🙂
